One to four visits may be scheduled per day. The amount of time per visit may be determined by the number of pets and/or care needed. Visits include customized pet care as well as additional services requested. Four time frames are available to meet a variety of needs: 20 minutes; 30 minutes; 45 minutes and 60 minutes.
- 20 minute visit – may be suitable for mid-day dog walks, potty breaks with playtime, and cat/small animal homes without extra services (see below) $22
- 30 minute visit – most popular service suitable for most families $27
- 45 minute visit- may be necessary for multiple pet households with a mix of animals and extra services requested $34
- 60 minute visit- may be best for families with a newly adopted pet, puppies, or multiple pet homes with a mix of animals and needs $42
All services rendered in Kentucky are subject to 6% sales tax.
Contact us for a free initial consultation. The initial consult is required for new clients 5 to 10 days before the start of service. It’s a time for us to meet and share. We will also go over the service agreement and other forms. Keys and payment may be collected at this meeting.

- Holiday surcharge- New Year’s Day, Easter, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and New Year’s Eve $5/visit (maximum $20/day)
- Last minute booking- Established clients only- Additional charge for visits with less than 24-hour notice. Availability is not guaranteed. $10
- Follow-up consult $27
- Key pick-up or return- The key pick-up or return charge is necessary if it’s a separate trip from the initial consult. $22
- Lock out service- If you are locked out of your home, pet provider may be available to bring you a key. $27
