FOREVER HOME PET CARE LLC customizes care to meet the needs of client’s pet(s). Client’s pet(s) will receive fresh food and water, affection, walks/exercise/play time, potty relief or litter box cleaning at each visit or as instructed. Also, extra services are completed per the signed service agreement.
Hours of Operation: Home visits are scheduled between the hours of 6:00am-9:30pm in designated time blocks. Times may be requested; however FOREVER HOME PET CARE LLC will consider the needs of all pets under our care to determine home visit times. All pets require at least 1 daily visit. Overnight care may be scheduled between 6:30pm-8:30am. Boarding and daycare drop-off/pick-up times may vary, by appointment only.
Reservations/Scheduling: FOREVER HOME PET CARE LLC accepts reservations in advance of service via phone call, text or email. New client consultations are required 5 to 10 days prior to service and reservations will be confirmed via text or email after the service agreement has been received. Last minute bookings will only be considered for established clients and availability is not guaranteed.
Pet Transportation and Errands: These are limited services offered by FOREVER HOME PET CARE LLC. Client gives permission to perform these services in emergency situations or as agreed upon in the service agreement.
Payment: FOREVER HOME PET CARE LLC accepts cash (in person), checks, and credit card payments in advance of service. New clients may be required to submit payment at the initial consultation. Established clients may leave checks payable to FOREVER HOME PET CARE LLC for pick-up on the first day of service. All cash payments must be received in person. Late payments may be subject to a $25 fee. There is a $35 fee for returned checks. Cancellations: Please give us at least 48-hour notice for any cancellations.
Cancellations with less than 48-hour notice are subject to 50% fee of booked services.
Holiday Reservations: Holiday bookings need to be scheduled 2 weeks in advance and require a 50% non-refundable deposit. There is a surcharge of $5 per visit and $10 per overnight or boarding.
Inclement Weather: FOREVER HOME PET CARE LLC will make reasonable efforts to maintain services during inclement weather, natural disaster and/or any other unforeseen conditions. Client will be notified of such conditions as soon as possible.
Policies are subject to change without notice. FOREVER HOME PET CARE LLC reserves the right to refuse service to any client, at any time, for any reason.
Client authorizes the use of pet(s) pictures on websites, social media and/or marketing materials for promotional purposes.
Client agrees to notify FOREVER HOME PET CARE LLC of any concerns within 24 hours of completion of services.
