The initial consult is required for new clients 7 to 10 days before the start of service. It’s a time for us to meet and share. We will also go over the service agreement. Keys and payment will be collected at this meeting. |

One to four visits may be scheduled per day. The amount of time per visit may be determined by the number of pets and/or care needed. Visits will include pet care as well as additional services requested. See policies and service agreement. |

Pet Care Provider stays at the client’s home. Overnight care includes the evening meal, companionship through the night, walks or play time and the morning meal. |

| Occasion Care | | |
| | Pricing depends on the care requested | Occasion care may be scheduled for a variety of reasons. Depending on the care needed, the provider may come to your home or the pet may go to the provider’s home or on an outing with the provider as specified in our service agreement. |
| Transportation (one way) | | |
| Pet | $20 base plus $1 per mile |
Transportation may be scheduled along with other services. For example, it may be scheduled for boarding dogs if they need a ride to and/or from the provider’s home. It may also be necessary in the event of an emergency. |
| Errands | $20 base plus $1 per mile |
A supply pick-up service fee plus cost of supplies will be charged if your pet(s) run out of food, litter or other necessary supplies. Additional errand services may have limited availability. |

| Misc | | |
| Last Minute Booking | $10 | Additional charge for visits with less than 24-hour notice. Availability is not guaranteed. |
| Key Pick-up or Return | $10 | The key pick-up or return charge is necessary if it’s a separate trip from the initial consult. |
| Lock Out Service | $20 | If you are locked out of your home, pet provider may be available to bring you a key. |
| Extras | No charge | Alternating lights and/or curtains, mail and newspaper retrieval, simple plant care, and trash and recycling curbside. |
| Return Check Fee | $35 | A return check fee shall be applied to the total balance due. |
